Connect your assistant to WhatsApp (availability may vary by plan).
WhatsApp deployments typically require a WhatsApp Business account and approval for your sender number(s).
Before you start
- Confirm you have access to WhatsApp Business and required admin permissions.
- Confirm your plan supports WhatsApp or custom channel integrations.
Typical setup (high level)
- Enable the WhatsApp channel in EBI's AI Studio (or request it from support).
- Connect your WhatsApp Business account and numbers.
- Configure message templates (if required).
- Test conversation flows and handover.
- Monitor early conversations closely and iterate.
If you don’t see WhatsApp in your channels list, contact your EBI support team.
