WhatsApp

Connect your assistant to WhatsApp (availability may vary by plan).

WhatsApp deployments typically require a WhatsApp Business account and approval for your sender number(s).

Before you start

  • Confirm you have access to WhatsApp Business and required admin permissions.
  • Confirm your plan supports WhatsApp or custom channel integrations.

Typical setup (high level)

  1. Enable the WhatsApp channel in EBI's AI Studio (or request it from support).
  2. Connect your WhatsApp Business account and numbers.
  3. Configure message templates (if required).
  4. Test conversation flows and handover.
  5. Monitor early conversations closely and iterate.

If you don’t see WhatsApp in your channels list, contact your EBI support team.
